Rental Conditions

30% down payment is needed to make the reservation valid. The transfer should be made to the Pekao SA bank account number:

Please state the dates when you are going to stay and write that it is the down payment for the holidays while making the transfer.

The down payment should be made within 3 days (72 h) from the moment of booking. The lack of confirmation of down payment within 3 days may result in canceling the reservation. After receiving the down payment, the email will be sent to your email address with the confirmation of the reservation and with all the data necessary for your stay in the apartment as well as the contact data to the person in charge of passing the keys.

The Customer is obliged to transfer the remaining amount of 70% of the total amount 30 days prior to his stay in the apartment.
If you make the reservation for the time shorter than 30 days before the arrival, it is necessary to transfer the total amount to confirm the reservation. If you resign from the reservation between 30 and 14 days before the arrival, 50% of the total amount previously paid will be returned to your bank account. If you resign in the time shorter than 14 days prior to the arrival, no amount will be refunded.
Please have 200 EURO in cash on the day of the arrival to be paid as a deposit. This money will be given back on the last day of your stay if there is no damage in the apartment.

If you are interested in staying in the apartment for the time shorter than 7 days, please write an email so we could calculate the cost.
The cost of 50 euros for the final cleaning and 10 euros for passing the keys must be added to the total amount of renting, no matter how long your stay is.
